By using sysdataflow.digital you agree to these terms. The site describes advisory application analytics services for system flow intelligence offered by Sys Data Flow from Chiaphua Industries Bldg, Sha Tin, Hong Kong.

Services described

Content on this site is informational. Published prices are estimates, not offers to sell software, monitoring seats, or checkout purchases. Binding work begins only after a written scope note and accepted invoice.

No warranties on site content

We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every article, price, or service description is complete or current. Engagement outcomes depend on access, data quality, and decisions your team makes after handoff.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape in a way that harms availability, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse or end conversations that violate these expectations.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and branding belong to Sys Data Flow. Deliverables from paid engagements transfer as described in the scope note; until then, draft materials remain our working papers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for paid engagements is limited as stated in the applicable scope note.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, unless a separate engagement agreement says otherwise.
